Full-day Workshops
Wednesday: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
WWF = Wednesday Full-day Workshop
Full-day workshops offer a chance to explore a topic in depth. They take place on Wednesday from 9:00am to 3:30 pm. The cost for each workshop is $175 and lunch is included as well as entrance to the Exhibit Hall but does not include entrance to Concurrent Sessions. Registration is on a first-come basis. You must be registered in advance to attend a full-day workshop. After December 19, 2008, an additional $10 will be applied to all registrations.
Half-day Workshops
Tuesday Evening: 6:00 - 8:00 pm; Wednesday: Morning — 8:45 - 11:15 am; Afternoon — 1:15 - 3:45 pm; Evening — 6:00 - 8:30 pm; Thursday Afternoon: 12:15 - 2:45 pm

Half-day workshops will focus on one topic for 2½ hours on Tuesday evening from 6:00 - 8:30 pm, on Wednesday morning from 8:45 - 11:15 am, Wednesday afternoon from 1:15 - 3:45 pm, Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 8:30 pm and Thursday afternoon from 12:15 - 2:45 pm. The cost for each workshop is $100 and includes lunch as well as entrance to the Exhibit Hall but does not include entrance to Concurrent Sessions. Registration is on a first-come basis. You must be registered in advance to attend a half-day workshop. After December 19, 2008, an additional $10 will be applied to all registrations.

- Conference registration for two days includes the Wednesday opening reception, entrance to the Exhibit Hall Wednesday and Thursday, both keynote addresses, lunch both days, TOY/TEA awards, all Concurrent Sessions with seating on a first-come basis, all Success Showcases, all Exhibitor Mini Labs, the business meeting and drawings. The cost for workshops is NOT included in the Conference registration.
- A one-day conference registration for Wednesday will include entrance to the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday lunch and Keynote, TOY/TEA awards, Concurrent Sessions numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 with seating on a first-come basis, Wednesday Success Showcases, Wednesday Exhibitor Mini Labs, and the Wednesday opening reception. The cost for workshops is NOT included in the Conference registration.
- A one-day conference registration for Thursday will include the Keynote, entrance to the Exhibit Hall, Concurrent Sessions numbers 6, 7 and 8 with seating on a first-come basis, Thursday Success Showcases, Thursday Exhibitor Mini Labs, lunch, the business meetings and drawings. The cost for workshops is NOT included in the Conference registration.
Volunteers: Help Make ICE 2009 a Success! Meet New People and Have Fun!
Volunteer now for registration, help desks, set up or tear down. All we need are some strong backs, software installers, or smiling faces for an hour or more to help make this a great conference. Opening Reception
Plan to join other ICE members for a fun-filled time at the ICE 2009: Innovate, Collaborate, Educate! Opening Reception on Wednesday, January 28, 2009, in Exhibit Hall D between 5:30 and 7:00 pm.

Exhibitors and vendors in all areas of technology use and education will be open as follows:

Two Treasure Hunts - Wednesday with drawing at 7:00 pm and Thursday with drawing at 7:00 pm.
Exhibitor Mini Labs both Wednesday and Thursday.
Drawings for great prizes will be held in the exhibitor area on Wednesday and on Thursday at the ICE business meeting from 3:00 - 4:00 pm. You must be present to win.
Lunch - New This Year!
Lunch will be provided for all workshop and conference attendees.
Software Platforms
In workshop descriptions, if Software Platform is listed as "Irrelevant," then software is manufactured for both Windows and Mac OS.
