Full-day Workshops
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
TWF = Thursday Workshop
Full-day workshops offer a chance to explore a topic in depth. They take place on Thursday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. The cost is $175 and lunch is included. Registration is on a first-come basis. You must be registered in advance to attend a full-day workshop.
Half-day Workshops
8:30 am - 11:00 am, 12:00 Noon - 2:30 pm, 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm, or 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
WWE=Wednesday Evening Workshop
TWA = Thursday Morning Workshop
TWP = Thursday Afternoon Workshop
TWL = Thursday Late Afternoon Workshop
TWE = Thursday Evening Workshop
Half-day workshops will focus on one topic for 2½ hours on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 pm, on Thursday morning from 8:30 to 11:00 am, on Thursday afternoon from 12:00 Noon to 2:30 pm, Thursday late afternoon from 3:00 to 5:30 pm, or on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. The cost is $100 and does not include lunch unless you register for both a Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon workshop. Lunch is not included with any other combination of half-day workshops including a Thursday morning and a Thursday late afternoon workshop. Registration is on a first-come basis. You must be registered in advance to attend a half-day workshop.
Conference Registration
Conference Registration includes the Thursday night opening reception, Exhibit Hall Thursday and Friday, Friday business meeting and keynote address, and all spotlight and concurrent sessions with seating on a first-come basis. Conference registration cost is $125 and does not include lunch.

Meet new people, and have fun …
Volunteer now for registration, help desks, set up or tear down. All we need are some strong backs, software installers, or smiling faces for an hour or more to help make this a great conference. Opening Reception
Plan to join other ICE members for a fun-filled evening at the ICE 2008: "Tech Treasures – The Jewels of Education" Opening Reception. Thursday, January 24, 2008, at the Marriott Hotel. Yo-Ho-Ho: A Pirate’s Adventure awaits you!
Exhibitor and Vendor Area
Exhibitors and vendors of all areas of technology use and education will be open as follows:
Thursday, January 24, 2008, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, January 25, 2008, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Drawings for great prizes will be held on Thursday at 5:00 pm in the exhibitor area and Friday at 3:30 pm at the ICE business meeting. You must be present to win.
Off-Site Transportation
Some workshops may be offered at sites other than the Convention Center. You will be notified of the site and transportation schedules in your confirmation letter. Transportation will be provided to the site and back to the Convention Center. Watch for the bus icon to indicate an off-site workshop next to the workshop description.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided for all Thursday full day workshops. Lunch will also be provided for participants who are registered for both a Thursday morning and a Thursday afternoon half-day workshop. Lunch is not included for any other combination of half-day workshops including a Thursday morning and a Thursday late afternoon workshop. Lunch will be available for purchase in the Exhibitor area.
Software Platforms
In workshop descriptions, if Software Platform is listed as "Irrelevant," then software is manufactured for both Windows and Mac OS.
